Hello!

Let me clarify on this.

The current FTPSRVR on 5.5 cannot run under inetd.  As Duane rightly
pointed out, it uses NETIPC for network i/o and inetd requires
BSD sockets.

What I did tell was, if FTPSRVR ran under inetd, then FTPMON is
redundant (i.e., you can't have both FTPMON and INETD listening
on the FTP port at the same time)!
