Your statement/criticism was not unwarranted.  While 'properly' presented
commercial messages (identified in the subject...) are accepted, attachments
of such material in non ASCII formats are not appreciated by many members of
this list.

Hi all,

This is in regard to an earlier message of mine regarding a
commercial message sent by Paul Dorius.  The tone of my message
suggested criticism of Mr. Dorius for sending the message.

Mr. Dorius has informed me that commercial messages, if prominently
identified as such, are an accepted practice of the list.  Therefore
my implied criticism is unfair, and I apologize to Mr. Dorius and to
you.
