Way of center on this one Wirt!
Communism is a 'forced' method of living
"True" Christianity is strictly a voluntary form of living.
There is NO comparison, they are on opposite sides.
The question then is what is 'true' Christianity?

No merit whatsoever, other than it has been a part of American life and
history from our very beginnings. Shaker, Quaker, Mennonite, Amish and
other
religious communities have practiced a very real form of communism from
a time
before the country was founded until the present. Indeed, engaging in
some form of
communism is essentially dictated if you practice and do devoutly
believe in
any traditional form of Christianity.
Communism is of course a very real part of Judaism as well, as it is
every
other major world religion. Israel was founded wholly around the idea of
a
socialist philosophy, the kibbutzim in Israel being the most visible
manisfestations of those original ideals. Some countries, such as
Bhutan, have actually
successfully long ago integrated the universal principles of communism
not only
into the workings of its government but into the lives of its people as
well --
and the people of Bhutan seem to be among the most well-adjusted,
happiest
people on the planet.
