Below was forwarded but I googled: news, hutchens, and texas, it checks out.

An 18 wheeler has crashed and spilled it's entire load on the interstate
in Hutchens, Texas.
Authorities ask the public to not overreact and stay calm.
It was carrying a huge load of toilet paper.
The fear was this could spark a new round of panic buying and hoarding

For some reason this brings to mind a very early scene in ATale of Two
Cities. A barrel of wine bursts open in the streets of Paris. This
forshadows the coming Revolution and the breaking of the Ancien Regime.

It is NOT an April Fools joke.
