One of my favorite, but hardest, questions on the survey (at least
the part I could get to), is the one about the cost of administration
of the e3000. I just wish they had also asked the same question about
Unix, as/400, mainframe, etc. At least for Unix, it would be a lot
easier to answer the question. I can hardly remember when we do
MPE administration, but I'm all *TOO* familiar with how much time
Unix administration takes! Unix administration keeps taking up extra
time that I had plan to use in more productive ways.

The other difficult question was our satisfaction with hardware and
software support for the e3000 over the the last year. I don't think
we've had any need for hardware or software support during that time,
except to request 6.0 update materials. I guess that I'm very
satisfied, but I wish they had had a column for "not needed support
in the past year".:-)
