Hi Robert,
I recently had the same problem, you need a file named 'hosts' with no extension, in the windows folder (I think).
I recommend you read Denys's 'win95 tips and tricks' from
http://www.hicomp.com/hicomp/win95tnt.htm
I found it very useful.

Subject: Reflection for HP with NS/VT problems
We have a Win95 PC here that I'm trying to install the above
product onto. On all of our other PCs, we use either Reflection
for DOS or Windows along with NS Connection (ethernet LAN) to
logo onto the HP3000.
That Win95 PC can log onto our Netware 3.11 LAN, but I'm having
trouble when I try to use Reflection. The setup from their CD
went smoothly. The problem is when I try to connect. I'm told
that a host name can't be found.
I choose Connection, Network, HP3000 (Reflection 1), Connect,
enter our host name (ATC). I get something like "Could not
resolve host name."
Suggestions? What other areas should I look at that may not
be set up correctly? What questions should I be asking? Where
can I confirm that I have the correct host name?
Thanks in advance.
