Edit SERVICES.NET.SYS and add the following entry if it doesn't already exist:
syslog 514/udp
Make sure that /etc/services exists as a symlink which points to
/SYS/NET/SERVICES. Do a "chmod 644 /SYS/NET/SERVICES" from MANAGER.SYS.
