Eric Sand suggests:

Carly Fiorina
CEO Hewlett-Packard

Dear Ms. Fiorina,(or Carly)
The MPE/iX OS is an HP invention of the highest quality, deserving to be
placed in the spotlight with HP-UX, NT, and Linux as systems that HP
supports. The world needs to know of this quality and that it was born at
HP.

HP MPE/iX World Users

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I like it!

...though I'd change the .sig to include the name of the system:

   HP e3000 Users

...and the last sentence to eliminate redundancy (as "HP invention"
was stated earlier):

The world needs to know of this quality -- why keep it a secret?

FWIW.
