If you have Reflections you can use an Escape sequence that triggers a
transfer. It's something like Esc +"&ko" or "&o" or something like that
(been a few weeks since I edited one) followed by " &DSCOPY
FILE.GROUP,REMOTE TO C:\DIR\FILE.TXT,LOCAL;BINARY". Or ";ASCII" on the
end.

Put this in a command file called, say, DOWNLOAD.

Now all you say is DOWNLOAD at the prompt. Up pops the Transfer dialog
and away you go.
