I submit that the problems were self-inflicted, since Stan chose to use
NT of his own accord.

Incidentally, you could also recover by booting from CD-ROM. Right?

Maybe Wirt should move to Spain!  Even though it is a long way to the west
of Greenwich, it is on Central European Time, which is one hour behind UTC.
 This means that Spaniards get up late and start their day late.  Evening
entertainment is liable to start at 10:00 pm. or later.  Of course, by the
sun, they're actually running on a very standard schedule.

Windows95 shows a lot of time zones on its map (Date/Time in the Control
Panel), including India and other half-hour offsets.  Nothing about
quarter-hour offsets though.
