You read right,  ALLBASE is not supported under HP-UX 10.0.  But that does
not seem to be an issue as I have discovered that the vast majority of HP-UX
sites do not have databases.
 
Let me rephrase that, the vast majority of UNIX sites do not have industry
DBMS or RDBMS.  I have talked to a host of Unix sites and they tell me that
they 'roll their own' databases.  This is pretty fascinating since in the
same sentence, they will say they use Unix because it is open.
 
I guess as long as your system in open, your databases do not have to be?!?
