Kevin,
Unless your application is either very small or extremely efficient, I
would try to hold on to those HP3000 boxes until well after the cutover
is done. I have a hard time imagining that one NT box, even a four way,
can handle the tasks of two HP3000 boxes. I expect that you will see a
big hit in performance, especially with Oracle, on the NT box.
