On another mailing list, I read that at the IOUG-A Oracle user's meeting,
there was a confirmation from Oracle that DBMS versions before 7.3.4 have a
Y2K issue and are not compliant. While I don't like to spread rumor, this
seemed important enough to HP 3000 users of Oracle that I'm passing it along
without further confirmation.
