Paul,

I cheap method is using a clock I inherited with my new job. It's called a JUNGHANS MEGA Radio-controled clock. The clock is set by receiving a radio signal (which I believe is synchronized with one
of the Atomic clocks.
The Junghans can be set to any of the 4 time zones in the continental USA.

The manufacturer can be reached at 1-800-346-9544.

I check the system time with this clock and if I'm so inclined I adjust it manually.
