Hi Jeff,
yes, there is a problem with all HP LaserJet printers with active PJL
feature JOBID (job ID reporting) and the current MPE/iX network spooler
which simply does not understand the PJL answers from the printer in that
case and map the unknown answers to powerfail behaviour.
By factory default this feature is disabled at all LaserJet devices but
there seems to be a bunch of UX and NT software which activates it!
Refer to service request JAGac57117 within 'HP IT Resource Center' and/or
contact your friendly HP RC to ask for current progress of the fix and (a)
valid workaround(s)!
