Vince: Our help desk just installed a new problem tracking system -
Action Request System (Remedy Corporation) - which is a
Windows-compatible application running on a Netware server. I don't
know if it meets all your requirements - especially .bmp support - but
I'd be glad to get you more information (address, phone no., etc.) if
you're interested.

Forgive me, this message isn't regarding the HP3000 specifically. I'm
posting this message here because I'm betting that, like me, alot of
participants in this list face this problem.

We're looking for help desk software, if you're using something you
really like please let me know. Our department consists of seven
people dealing with about 350 users on Novell 4.x, HP3000, and
  HP9000. Such "help-desk" software would:

  - run in Windows, Win95, WinNT connected to a Netware 4.x server
  - multi-user
  - problem tracking (history, updated by whom, etc)
  - allows us to build a "knowledge base"
  - fast text retrieval (we're used to Omnidex speeds!)
  - support BMP's (some problems are best described by screen shots)
  - problem management (priortization, assignment, etc)
  - throw in some good reports and we're set.

  Thanks.
