My 918DX didn't include hard copy manuals for Image, Allbase, or Query.
It did include the latest laserrom which contains them.

The mass of printed manuals that I did receive (thanks HP, I much prefer
the printed word although laserrom is certainly nice as an addendum) were
mainly the compiler and development documentation.  As far as I can see (a
cursory look), the laserrom contains these compiler manuals also.  I assume
that it was felt that "developers" would find it convenient to have the
compiler documentation in printed form because it will be referenced
frequently.  If that was the rationale then Image and Allbase should have
been in the same category (IMHO).
