Matt asked, "In what country are they considered competitive?"
Other questions that could be raised are about relocation, what type of
visa would
someone need, family medical plans, benefits, foreign and domestic income
tax considerations,
foreign laws, cost of living comparisons and the rest of the questions we
ask ourselves
