Time Machine was our choice also. We called both companies to request
a demo. Only Time Machine responded.
Time Machine has gone out of their way to provide the extra
functionality we needed. Their support has been awesome.
The cost for Time Machine is VERY reasonable and it is a product that
is easy to use and install.
We started working with Time Machine a couple of months ago, and
Hourglass still has not gotten back to us. I just wonder if Hourglass
is vaporware or maybe they only send it out 'hours' before you really
need it. :)

Time Machine was the only choice for us. We were in a hurry to get
started and Allegro's just did not give us a good "feeling" about the
hows and what if's on installing their program.
Time Machine on the other hand I believe whould have spoon feed the
information to us if needed.
Time Machine went out of their way to make sure that the software was
in our hands and installed without us having to call them.
In addition the total cost for Time Machine was more Reasonable than
Allegro's. [Read that as I hate TIER pricing!!!!]
