We recently lost a system volume drive. We have nearly completed all needed 
recovery except for this. We use NBSPOOL to distributed reports to vaious 
printers hanging off our HP/3000 939/020. When I start NBSPOOL to begin 
spoolfile movements I am getting the following error for all my on-line printers:

WARNING 16: IPCRECV to complete connection 9100 failed
SOCKET TIMEOUT.  (SOCKERR 59)


Is this a problem with NBSPOOL or is it a System/NM Config issue?

Where should I start to find the solution?
