Very funny Michael

That part about checks and balances is a hoot.  The checks and balances
the founders of this country envisioned have been twisted and corrupted
and their strength weakend severely.

Lots of people thought Iraq still was hiding WMD's before the war,
including then Senator John Kerry.  This is why I suspect Kerry has
not made this an issue in the upcoming campaign, since his words
to that effect can be brought back up to haunt him.

And Iraq DID have WMD's, just managed to have them in a way which
technically was outside the bounds of the UN restrictions.
