What? You want to tax Jesse Jackson?
Churches are not profit centers. The donations they take in have been
taxed already. The clergy and members provide charitable services far
better than the government. If by 'politically active' you mean that the
clergy expresses an opinion from the pulpit, then you want to tax
freedom of speech. No one is forcing you to listen. Go to a worthless
church that says no matter what you do, it is OK, God will just wink at
your sin.
