Larry,
0/44 is the path for the CONSOLE/LAN portion of the MFIO card. You want to
use 0/4 for the SCSI adapter.
Example:
0/4 HP28642A-SCSI
0/4.0 PSEUDO
0/4.0.0 Ldev 10 HPC1521B
If you don't have a SCSI printer and you are just configuring a dummy
device for LP, then I would just configure Ldev 6 as a network printer
instead. Just be sure to specify CLASS=LP to override the default class
of NETLP.
