Depending where,within the command string, the 'parm=2' is located you may
be able to use 'showproc'.
Example:
:showproc job=#s2633
QPRI CPUTIME STATE JOBNUM PIN (PROGRAM) STEP
C152 0:00.323 WAIT S2633 512 :RUN quad.util.sys;parm=12
C152 0:00.016 WAIT S2633 518 (QUAD.UTIL.SYS)
