Item Subject: [HP3000-L] OFF TOPIC: Secret Agents and Tall Amarettos (long!)
Tim Ericson writes, with understandable exhuberance, about his
adventure with yachting in San Diego. Included was this "morsel:"

> We had a really good waitress, and pretty soon the desert trays appeared!
> Chocolate-dipped strawberries (it didn't take Nick long to have a whole
> row of strawberry stems lined up in front of him!) (it didn't take me
> long, either!) Custard-filled pastry cups topped with kiwi or
> strawberry halves, pettifores, lady-finger sized eclairs, and
> I-can't-remember-what-else!

For reasons unknown, I'm suddenly hungry. ;)

Thanks for sharing this, Tim! Gee, even vicariously, that sure was
a fun ride!

> How do I get to next year's conference?

Is that anything like, "How do I get to Carnegie Hall?"

> I'm already thinking I might do another tutorial - maybe "Advanced
> Command File Programming"?

I gather you busted your behind for the one THIS year,
yet now you can't wait until NEXT year! You must have
really, REALLY enjoyed that yacht! ;)
