Actually you can fold it in half more than 7 times too. Grab the
nearest roll of 1-ply bath tissue (the cheaper, the better). A 6-foot
piece can easily be folded in half 8 times. Roll out the whole
multi-hundred-feet of it and you should be able to get over a dozen
folds, especially if you fold it in half *lengthwise* once or twice
first.
