DLT-III, DLT-IIIXT and DLT-IV tapes should all perform correctly in the drive.
 (I do not believe that HP makes the DLT tape medium, it is repackaged under
their name.

Sorry about so little info in that; lemme try again...
We just installed a new HP DLT4000SE (A3635A), and it works ok with HP media
"HP DLT4" (C5141F) but no other DLT4 tapes work.  Is this normal?
