Mr. Pierce quoted part of the 'by-law' text and indicated that some re-writing
would occur.

Since you are planning to 'correct' the board's intentions regarding
re-appointments you may also want to clarify the 'two full three year' term.

In its current form (unless it is clarified in another part of the document), it
could be interpreted that, if a member does not serve out his/hers full term
(assume (s)he serves only for 30 months), then that member could be
elected/appointed to a 3rd term and the pattern could be repeated over and over.

Perhaps it should read that no member would be allowed more than 6 years of
service over an 8 year period?
