Dave,

1) Go to http://raven.utc.edu/archives/hp3000-l.html.
2) Login.
3) Click on 'Join or Leave HP3000-L'.
4) Select one of the 'Digest' entries in 'Subscription Type'.
5) If required, change any of your other options.
6) Click on 'Update' button (at bottom of page).
