Pierce County in Tacoma, Washington now has an opening for an Information
Technology Specialist 3, with an annual salary range of $54,642 to $79,581
($63,500 maximum to start).

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with the HP e3000 MPE i/X System as a System Manger including
experience in upgrades between releases of MPE, SYSGEN, MPE i/X network
printing, MPEX, COBOL, IMAGE databases, IMAGE intrinsic calls, DBGENERAL,
Security/3000, Job Rescue, BackPack i/X & Tapes+, MB Foster ODBC, OMNIDEX,
TRANSACT, SUPERTOOL, Data Express, ESPUL / PRINTPATH & PRINTPATH NLM, Java,
and the APACHE/Java Server.

Additional skills which are highly desireable:

IBM OS390/zos, VTAM, SMP/E ISPF, SDSF, JES2, DFSMS, RMF, DFSORT, CICS,
RACF, CA-1, SEA TRMS & AVRS, COBOL, Visual Age, Tivoli OPC, Storage Manager
(ADSM), and DB2;

NT / Windows 2000;

SUN Solaris Systems;

ESRI GIS;

Sybase.

Driver's License is required.
