It is my hope that HP will see the error of their ways once the cash stream
starts drying up and start fighting for their customers (it costs more to
attract a new customer than to retain the ones you already have). However,
since HP doesn't consider the vast majority of MPE users as "customers", it
may only be wishful thinking on my part.
That, and the fact that I've been wrong before. :-)
