I have a similar problem with Oracle. I think the Ghost session problem may
be an issue of your Reflection version. I used to encounter this problem,
for the reason you stated, in earlier versions of Reflection, versions 3 or
4. Since going to version 6 I no longer encounter ghost sessions. I don't
know if it is because this version logs the user off or some other reason or
co-incidence.
