Can any Chicagoans or those who are familiar with the area clarify for me
which hotels are close or closest to McCormick Place? I had been envisioning
/ assuming a hotel, connected to the conference center, just as it was last
year in Philadelphia. But "assumption is the mother of error", and I may be
wrong about that, depending whose explanation of reality I listen to.

Does it make much difference where one stays? Is any one hotel better /
closer / cheaper than any other?
