I want FCOPY to work in a session in the same manner that it works in a
job; namely, not to prompt:
*200*WARNING: FROMFILE RECSIZE IS 132 BYTES, TOFILE RECSIZE IS 133
BYTES. CONTINUE OPERATION (Y OR N) ?
For example, EDIT/3000 has a setting, SET BATCH, that make EDIT/3000 act
as if it is running in a batch job and not on-line.
I do have a work around: I created a file that consists of "YES" and I
redirect the input to FCOPY from that file, but I wonder whether there
is something "safer" than having a file lying around. The HPINTERACTIVE
variable is read only.
Thanks and have a good weekend all.
