How you do it depends on what you want to do to the inheriting profiles.

Disclaimer:  Sorry, I'm not where I can test the following.

Do you want them to inherit from some other profile?  Do a CHANGE on
each with INHERIT=<the other profile>.  You may be able to use
wildcards, depending on your naming convention.

Do you want them not to inherit any longer?  Do a CHANGE on each with
INHERIT=NONE.  You may be able to use wildcards, depending on your
naming convention.  Note that NONE is a magic word in this context, if I
am remembering correctly.

Example.  Suppose you have a bunch of profiles with the session name
JFK, and JFK,MANAGER.SYS is the parent.  You can say something like
this:

%SEC CHANGE JFK,@.@-JFK,MANAGER.SYS;INHERIT=NONE
%SEC DELETE JFK,MANAGER.SYS
