The UDCUTIL command that cleans up COMMAND.PUB.SYS is "link".

I have not tried it very recently, but it should still work fine -
notwithstanding my earlier post about active but non-existant udc files.

I would also recommend creating a copy of COMMAND.PUB.SYS before executing
this command.
