- IMHO, HP should be able to get you up and running while waiting for the
  software delivery by having the response center termio support folks
  to make you a copy of their masters.  Since everything is ordered and
  paid for I don't see any reason not to.  If there's some billing involved,
  the response center should bill the ignorant sales rep failing to properly
  inform you in advance... I'd recommend you to try your local response center
  in Mountain View.
