Subject: OT: Beware The Humans

Greetings, People Of The List Server......

Today's missive is off-topic. Upon offline discussion with Greg Stigers,
I'm just launching this brief note to share an unfortunate experience which
has ended up with me on a new assignment.

Back in Feb. I was advised of a formal jobsearch being launched for my
position. Poking around yielded a Web posting for a less-expensive version
of me. Pressing management for an explanation got me <three> unrelated
versions of the kinds of verbal garbage managment has duly earned its
reputation for. Something about 'get while the getting's good' kept ringing
in my head, and, as I told Greg, for once I listened to the voices in my
head!

I'm now safe and sound.....landed in a situation which required substantial
e3K expertise (which seems in limited supply in Northern Illinois)
supporting a 937LX with NO 3rd party software (for another posting).

Always remember, my friends.....they fool you when they walk upright.
