As you may know, one of the three legs of HP's strategy is e-Services.  In
the e-Speak reference, HP came up with a mechanism to advertise these
services to "consumers" on the network.  Since then, they joined Ariba,
Microsoft, IBM and several others in a multi-vendor consortium to perform
this same function.  The project is called the Universal Description,
Discovery and Integration project (UDDI).  (See http://www.uddi.org)  The
