The fact that you are seeing the DTC download messages indicate that the 
host is aware of the DTC.

And the only way that happens is via NMMGR configuration.

So yor dynamic config. (if that's what it was) has taken effect.

Now need to look at individual port config.

Have you limited the max. no. of non-nailed devices or such in the config.?
