News that All HP e3000 Customers Need to Hear

In its role of trusted advisor, HP is deeply
committed to serving its customers and
partners. We want to help you make the right
long-term decisions for your companies, and
to continue earning your trust and confidence
along the way. It is from this position of
leadership that HP is advising its HP e3000
community about a change in future
direction for the HP e3000 product line.

For almost 30 years, the HP e3000 has been
a robust, reliable platform for the IT industry
worldwide. But today’s environment is changing
rapidly and, going forward, looks different
from the one that has sustained and nourished
the HP e3000 platform. Projecting ahead
five years, we think the infrastructure and
ecosystem may not be in place for customers
to successfully run their businesses on the
platform. HP feels it’s important to share these
concerns with our customers and partners.

Today, we are announcing details of a five-year
plan to end HP e3000 sales and support.
