Shane,

Is Hptypeahead turned on?  This might be the problem.  Issue the :SHOWVAR
HPTYPEAHEAD command.  If it returns true, you have Hptypeahead turned on.
I have found that Nmmgr does not seem to like this.

To turn Hptypeahead off, use the :SETVAR HPTYPEAHEAD, FALSE command.
