Here is the trailer that is added to each post on the WinNT list. It gives
you the information you need. BTW send a SUBSCRIBE WINNT-L <Your Name> if
you want to be added to the list.

I have always wondered why HP3000-L does not add a trailer to the posts.
It might cut down on the times we get messages about wanting off the list.
Then again, maybe not. The WinNT and other lists with trailers still get
messages, sometimes nasty ones, from people wanting to get off the list.
It almost looks like some people think it is funny to subscribe other
people to high volume lists.

Kind regards,

Denys. . .

Subject: Win NT list Archives?

Denys,

Is there an archive server for the Win NT list as there is for HP3000-L?

| A poor sap asked a silly question on the Win NT list.
|
| ">Will Windows NT crash in year 2000 ?"
|
| You should have seen the answers that came back. They were all nice, but
| they invariably pointed out that NT will crash in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999,
| 2000 and any other year.
