It turns out that a simple method does exist for repacking detail datasets
online. I have developed and tested just such a utility. Anyone interested
in alpha testing this utility for me is welcomed to apply. Just send me a
private email with the subject "ultrapak alpha test".

It is a tribute to HP s HP3000 and TurboImage products that they have
continually improved them and added features such as HMPUT, JUMBO datasets,
and most importantly DBXBEGIN and DBXEND, that make such a simple utility
possible.
