ARPA Listener

For whatever reason, NET=LOOP was not running.  Once started, the listener
appears to
be working just fine...

I started experimenting with Image/SQL, and it look's good so far.  So, I
figure the next step is to get the ARPA listerner up and running.  I have hit a
snag however.  Has anyone seen this one before?
