| I've got a report program running on a HP3K connected to a HP laserjet
| printer that supports PCL. Does anyone know of a resource/web
| page/primer
| that illustrates how to change fonts and font sizes using
| embedded escape
| sequences(PCL commands) in the report? I've had a look on the
| HP site but
| there don't seem to be too many examples.

The best primer I know on PCL commands is the one by Ken Robertson of
Robelle. I checked and his paper (a little dated now but just as useful) is
at http://www.robelle.com/~ken/mrlasera.doc To get a fairly complete list
of printer PCL codes you can find that reference at
http://www.hp.com/cposupport/printers/support_doc/bpl02705.html (I found
this site through a search of the HP3000-L archives. Thanks Wirt.)
