That was an interesting article - I have always felt when you lose a job -
fired, layed off - it is 90% politics and 10% performance.

Years ago I worked for Cessna Aircraft - just came in when they were getting
a downturn in plane orders.

I used to see these old guys spending hours walking back and forth down the
hallways to the coffee machine.

So who got layed off? The newest people who were working...
