Hello listers!

We are having some trouble with a 700/92 terminal.  When it is turned on it
emits three beeps (one high pitch, two low) and then displays the message
"PORT1 ERROR# 1" at the bottom-left of the screen. It does not respond to
any keyboard input.

I've checked the keyboard and comm cables and they aren't loose.  Anyone
have any ideas or know the specifics of this error message?
