The Annual Worldwide HP Customer Satisfaction Survey has been a mainstay for HP Computer users for 18 years. From its humble beginnings as an Interex survey for MPE users, it now covers all the current HP Enterprise product lines.

Last year, our voices helped generate many positive changes for customers - including HP executive management's promise to "make it easier to do business with HP" by improving support agreement documentation, SCA and SCA Express online tools and making it easier to contact HP. This will be presented in more detail at the HP Technology Forum in June.

With Encompass joining forces with the NonStop and EMEA communities to form CONNECT, our worldwide audience is even bigger. We, as HP Enterprise customers have a unique opportunity to present a unified voice to HP but we need your input. This year we are asking both MPE and Tru64 users to let us know their migration plans (or homesteading plan) and also to give us your overall opinion of HP Storage and HP as a company. As an MPE user for the past 24 years, I too wish we could keep running our HP3000 until I can retire (6 years more at least!).

I'm asking that you pass the word among yourselves and your colleagues that also use HP Enterprise systems, to please take the time to fill out the survey. Here is a link to the survey: http://ls.encompassus.org/t/3745450/36697090/49346/0/

As a member of the CONNECT Board of Directors, I will continue to support MPE and its user community. Feel free to contact me at anytime.

Your user groups and HP use the results of this survey to validate what we as users are saying about their systems. They do listen. It truly is Local Voices...Global Impact.
