Depends on how long ago the code was last compiled. Changes in the compiler
and support for large files (64-bitness) can increase the amount of memory.

You can also see differences if it was compiled with a custom cobcntl which could
affect memory allocation if you just compiled it with the default settings (see cobcntl.pub.sys).
